Terms of delivery

The prices include glass, packaging and VAT from Brauneberg / Mosel in one-way boxes. For orders up to 11 bottles we charge € 7 postage, from 12 bottles we deliver free domicile in Germany without island freight. From 60 bottles we grant a 5% discount, from 120 bottles 10%. For shipments abroad, the freight costs are borne by the recipient.
Weinstein is not a reason for complaint. We request payments within 14 days of the invoice date, strictly net, without deduction. First orders from new customers only against prepayment. Goods and packaging remain our property until all obligations have been met in full. If a wine is out of stock, we will contact you. Wines may not be given to young people under the age of 16, and schnapps may not be given to children under the age of 18. For other countries than Germany the legal age of your jurisdiction has to be valid.
